Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every appointment, multi-visit card and gift card at Zoek Sabai in Gorinchem. Last updated on 4 October 2026.

Zoek Sabai offers traditional, therapeutic massages only, such as Thai massage, oil massage and hot stone massage. We do not offer erotic massage or any erotic or sexual services.

Inappropriate remarks, requests or behaviour will lead to the treatment being ended immediately, without a refund. In case of abusive behaviour we may call the police.

A massage is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical complaint or are unsure whether massage is suitable for you, please consult your doctor first.

You can book online, via WhatsApp, by email or at the salon. An online booking is confirmed straight away; you will receive a confirmation email with a link to view or cancel your appointment.

On your first visit we ask you to answer a few questions about your health (intake), so the therapist can take complaints, a pregnancy or medication into account. Please answer truthfully and let us know about any changes.

Please arrive on time. If you are late, your treatment will be shorter so the next guest does not have to wait. The full price still applies.

Cancelling or rescheduling is free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. You can cancel using the link in your confirmation email; to reschedule or cancel you can also contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Within 24 hours of the appointment you can no longer cancel online; please contact us instead. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, we may charge 50% of the treatment price, for example at your next appointment. If there is a good reason, we can waive this.

If you pay with a multi-visit card, the visit is returned if you cancel in time. If you cancel within 24 hours, the visit is used.

If we have to reschedule or cancel an appointment, for example due to illness, we will let you know as soon as possible and find a new time together. You will not be charged.

If you do not show up without cancelling, the same applies: we may charge 50% of the treatment price. With a visit card, the visit is forfeited.

In case of repeated no-shows we may ask you to pay in advance or decline a new booking.

All prices are shown on our website and in the salon, per person and including VAT.

You pay at the salon after your treatment: in cash or with Tikkie. There is no need to pay online in advance. Card payment will be added as soon as we have a card terminal.

With a valid multi-visit card or gift card you can pay for (part of) the treatment with that card.

A multi-visit card, such as the 10-visit card for 60-minute massages, is valid for one year from purchase unless another date is stated on the card. Visits left after that date expire.

A multi-visit card is personal and not transferable. A duo appointment uses two visits. Visits are not refunded in cash, unless the law requires it.

A gift card is valid for 24 months from purchase; the expiry date is shown on the card. You can use a gift card in parts; the remaining balance stays valid until the expiry date.

A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. Keep the code safe: anyone with the code can use the card. If it is lost, we can block it when you show proof of purchase.

Before your treatment, please tell us about complaints, injuries, a pregnancy, skin conditions, recent surgery or medication. The therapist may adjust or decline a treatment if it is not safe.

Please do not come if you are ill or have a fever. Contact us as soon as possible and we will find a solution together.

We carry out every treatment with care. We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you gave about your health.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our insurance in that case, or otherwise to the price of the treatment. This limitation does not apply in case of intent, gross negligence or personal injury. We are not liable for loss of or damage to belongings you bring with you.

If you are not satisfied, please tell us straight away or email info@thaimassagegorinchem.nl within a reasonable time after you noticed the problem. We will reply within 14 days.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, the competent court in the Netherlands will decide. How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy statement.
